How to Make a Return

In-Store Returns: Bring the eligible item and your receipt to our boutique during operating hours.
Mailed Returns (Online Orders): Please email us first at Mod Boutique to initiate your return.

Refund Processing

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
Approved refunds will be processed within 5-10 business days and credited back to your original form of payment. Please note that shipping fees are non-refundable.
