1. Processing & Handling Time

All orders are processed within 5–10 business days.
We appreciate your understanding of the care that goes into every package.

2. Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking

You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.

3. Damages & Issues

If you receive your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim or reach out to our support team at modboutique2@yahoo.com within 48 hours of delivery. Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.
