Location: Mod Boutique + Salon

Overview:

Mod is more than just fashion—it’s a full-on experience. As a Sales Associate, you’ll be the face of our boutique, helping clients find their personal style, feel confident in what they wear, and enjoy every moment in the shop. From styling to selling, you’ll be part of a team that values fun, fashion, and intentional customer service.

Responsibilities:

• Welcome and engage guests with a warm, confident energy

• Style customers in clothing, accessories, and beauty items that align with their needs

• Process sales and returns with accuracy and care

• Maintain visual merchandising standards and restock as needed

• Keep boutique areas clean, organized, and on-brand

• Participate in content creation (try-ons, photos, story clips, etc.)

• Stay informed on product features, sizing, and trends

• Contribute to meeting sales goals and building a strong customer base

Qualifications:

• Retail or boutique experience preferred, but not required

• Friendly, outgoing personality with a strong sense of style

• Comfortable on camera (for social media content)

• Strong multitasking and communication skills

• A genuine love for fashion, trends, and helping others feel confident
