Eligibility
- Timeline for Full Refunds: We offer a full refund to the original method of payment for returns initiated within 3-7 days of the date of purchase (or delivery date for online orders).
- Timeline for Store Credit/Exchanges: Returns initiated within 8-14 days of the date of purchase will be eligible for store credit or exchange only.
Return Conditions
For an item to be eligible for a return, exchange, or store credit, it must meet all of the following requirements:
- Item must be unworn, unwashed, unused, and undamaged.
- All original tags must be attached and intact.
- Item must be free of makeup, deodorant stains, perfume, smoke, and pet hair.
- The original receipt or proof of purchase must be presented.
Final Sale Items (No Exceptions)
The following items are considered FINAL SALE and cannot be returned, refunded, or exchanged due to hygiene reasons or steep discounting:
- Jewelry and Accessories
- Undergarments, Swimwear, and Bodysuits
- Items marked as Clearance, Sale, or discounted 50% or more.
- Gift Cards
How to Make a Return
- In-Store Returns: Bring the eligible item and your receipt to our boutique during operating hours.
- Mailed Returns (Online Orders): Please email us first at Mod Boutique to initiate your return.
- Mail the item back to: 206 N Main St Conroe Tx 77301
- The customer is responsible for all return shipping costs. We recommend using a trackable shipping service.
Refund Processing
- Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
- Approved refunds will be processed within 5-10 business days and credited back to your original form of payment. Please note that shipping fees are non-refundable.
